Costs to File
THERE ARE NO FILING FEES FOR A PETITION FOR CIVIL PROTECTION ORDER.
A deposit is required by the Clerk of Courts when filing a new Divorce, Dissolution, Legal Separation or Annulment. This deposit may cover the costs of the case, if not, you will be advised of any additinal cost. These payments will be made directly to the Clerk’s Office.
There is also a filing fee for post-decree motions and special types of service.
