Montgomery County Domestic Relations Court

The Domestic Relations Court has partnered with the Dayton Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyer’s Project.  This means that parties who choose to represent themselves, may still be able to ask a lawyer questions about how to complete paperwork and present evidence or question witnesses at the hearing.
