CPO - Short for Civil Protection Order

FAMILY OR HOUSEHOLD MEMBER - Person you lived with as a spouse (sometime within the past 5 years before the violence), is a former spouse, is the other parent/foster parent of a child with you, or is a relative by blood or marriage.

PERSON YOU DATED - Relationship between you and another adult that is of a romantic / intimate nature; more than a casual acquaintance.
